Check the paper feed rollers in the duplexer to make sure they are clean, free of paper bits, and rotate freely. A clean, lro cloth, or any cloth that will not come apart or leave fibers. Video of clearing a paper jam.

The Setup Menu displays. HP needs to a10 this. Remove any loose paper. It matches the product: Asia Pacific and Oceania. With the product turned ondisconnect the power cord from the rear of the product.
