I switched to Suse Double-clicking on the package caused the Ubuntu Software Center to install the bfwcutter, and from there I followed the steps from before.

I am pretty sure I did ever step up to this point I luckily have ethernet available but I am having a hard time finding a driver that I can get to work with the ndiswrapper. That’s the only way I can get wireless, and I don’t have access to a wired connection.

After finding your advice I was able to figure out where I ubjntu going wrong and get things up and running in about 10 minutes. I did the sudo bc installer thingy at the terminal but it says files don’t exist.
