Spring’s Educator Appreciation event , March 22-23, 2007
For the first time ever we will be offering our customers 25% off DVDs. In total, educators will receive 25% off the list price of books, CDs, DVDs, gifts & stationary, cafe, and more. It’s a really big win, especially as our main competitor offers 25% off books and 10% off music and DVD (pretty wimpy), and only K-12 educators, school librarians, and homeschoolers are eligible, while we encompass and welcome almost every type of educator to our stores, including professors, student teachers, PreK-12, religious educators, yoga instructors, homeschoolers, school administrators, etc.
Another really fantastic addition to this spring’s event will be our SBC in-store sweepstakes! In every superstore*, irregardless of cafe type or lack thereof, educators will be able to enter to win Seattle’s Best Coffee for an entire year! There will be one winner per superstore! It’s a really nice prize and another amazing way to say thank you to our educators.
