interesting paper on what the phrase “knowledge management” actually means. the gist of the article is basically “i do not think it means what you think it means”.

i’m not through the entire paper yet (due to “ferret disease”, i keep getting distracted following links), but it’s interesting stuff. the paper explores how consulting firms define knowledge management, plus the argument of “knowledge” vs. “information”, to prove the thesis that “knowledge management” has nothing to do with knowledge or information. discuss. tawk amongst yaselves.
